Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

General

If you are not satisfied with the color of your product upon receipt, you may request a return or exchange by contacting our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery.
Please be advised that original shipping, freight, and any applicable service charges are non-refundable.

 

Eligibility Requirements for Returns:

The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging.

 All labels, tags, accessories, and any other items included in the original package must be present and in pristine, unused condition.

 

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted, at our discretion, for any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to a defect on our part.

 

Return Process & Refund:
Upon approval of your return request, Anolecarwrap will provide you with the designated shipping address via email.
The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, including return shipping fees and any customs duties or import/export taxes.
A refund for the product's price will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the eligibility requirements stated above.

 

Defects Warranty

In the event of a defect or damage during shipping, please provide a description of the cause of the defect, clear photos/videos and order number. We will provide warranty and return and exchange support, which is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with warranty and return or exchange support. 

 

Return Process

After receiving the refund request, we will process it within 1-3 working days. If your request is approved, we will notify you by email and you can arrange for the package to be shipped. The delivery address will be provided by email after submitting the application.

Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee and Customs Duty. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee and Customs Duty. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose and your local customs.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee and Customs Duty.
